Question for the PS3 users

last year I bought this game for 360 and enjoyed the custom sounds feature. However, I rarely use my 360 anymore and plan on getting the game on the ps3 this year. Did the ps3 version have custom sounds last year or does anybody know if it will have it this year?? I dont recall and the search function aint the greatest.

Just think NBA 2K10, they didn't know how to do it for the PS3 and the reason was, get this MS has a patent....LOL and then when that was proven false, excuse begat excuse. So my question don't hold your breath on the PS3 version having custom soundtracks.

Yup. NBA 2k10 is the only game I currently play on 360 because the ps3 didn't have the custom sounds. I would think it's much easier to do custom sounds on ps3 with the USB file transfer system. Apparently not.

if you get a PS3, i think you would much prefer MLB 10: The Show

i'm not trying to troll, im just making a suggestion

i dont know what custom sounds you mean (never played MLB 2K) but in the show you can add custom walk-up music for any batter, entrance music for any pitcher, even team specific homerun music, strikeout music, win music, away team error music, etc...

and you can make your own soundtrack

^yes. I have a ps3 and the show 09 and love the custom sound feature it has and it's a great game. However, I like to buy both games as i did last year and was hoping that 2k10 would be the same on ps3 as it is on 360. Trying to put my 360 to rest.

if your going to buy this game , get it for the xbox, NOT the ps3. looks way better on xbox, and the show is on ps3 anyway ;

ps . nymcon, what makes you think he would prefer the show, if you, yourself havent even played 2k baseball?

i meant to say never played MLB 2K9, i rented 2K8

also, The Show > 2K seems to be the general consensus...
