Wii Version??

Any news on the Wii version of this game? My son who is 7 just got a Wii a month ago and was wondering if any news had come out about the Wii version of MLB2K10. We used to play The Show a bunch of the PS2 along with Power Pros, but there doesn't seem to be much news about MLB2K10 on the Wii.

You are not alone...I only have a Wii and have been looking all over for any news about the Wii version.

Problem is...there is none.

It's nice to read up on the 360 and PS3 versions, but I don't want to get my hopes up because the Wii version will probably not have most of the same features.

Looks like I will be waiting until after the release date to see what the Wii version is all about...

IF NHL 2k10 and NBA 2k10 are any indication i think you'll be very happy with the wii version of mlb 2k10

I think the wii has a great control setup for playing baseball games. However I have been searching the internet for weeks with no info.

I agree with Tomba- I think this will be the game that we should have gotten last year - however I don't think we will get online play - I'd like to be pleasantly surprised.

We have the utmost faith it will be as good just not HD...

We've gotten a copy and played it yesterday. I left my impressions of it in the impressions thread but it was not favorable so much so i might be talking with the team not to edit this at all...I doubt anyone will want to even play this...

here's what i wrote:



"First the disappointment...MLB 2k10 for the Wii is well...awful.they were right to not show any previews. you can only play with the Wii motion controls and for lack of a better sentence, the graphics are from ps1 days...needless to say i don't see anyone enjoying this. i was VERY optimistic going forward with getting the wii version because i thought that NBA 2k10 and NHl 2k10 for the Wii were extremely good and the best sports games the Nintendo console has seen since Gamecube ports were treated fairly. 2KChina developer did a horrible job. the game is very laggy ridden with very bad framrates(which boggles the mind with the kind of graphics it has)gameplay is standard fair but everything around the wii version is not noteworthy in the least it. Bottom line your throwing money down the drain if you get it..."
