Have you done any research on this game? 2ksports.com and look for MLB 2k10. Or there's a search feature on this site.

To answer your question. Yes, there is a patch but, I think it's only the check swing patch.

"Second are the letter grades in the Inside Edge Batter Breakdown screen that you can pull up for the batter you are facing as a pitcher. As some have pointed out, they appear to be incorrect and do not make sense for the players, especially the walk rating. I will confirm that there are some problems on this screen, but want to ensure everyone that there is not a problem with the underlying data and does not negatively impact the swing tendencies for the batters; this is only a problem with the display on the screen. Many of the letter grades are being displayed in the incorrect location, and the calculation that generates the letter grade for the walk rating has a mistake that makes the ratings significantly lower than the underlying data. Are there two things being adressed on release day patch? Or is it just the Check Swing Patch and then the other being addressed when there more bugs and then add the above into the 2nd patch later on? Or are we expecting both on release day?

They might as well add a fix to reduce the universal throwing power of the fielders for the upcoming patch as well. It would be a nice surprise to have that fixed day one so we can start this baseball gaming season off fresh.
