Re: MLB 2k10 Screen Shot Thread
Tried my best for those that requested a double play break up. I would have had the whole sun in there, but the third basemen is off staring into the sky in the opposite direction of the play.

Re: MLB 2k10 Screen Shot Thread
Running a test franchise with the WhiteSox. Just got done sweeping the Rays.
Crawford doing his best to take out Ramirez

Bartlett starting a double-play with his bare-hand

Quentin with the walk-off HR to right-center off Garza. Peavy & Garza battled for 8 innings, until I had to pull Peavy. Garza had bafffled me all night, giving up only 4 hits and fanning me 10 times. I decided to wait on his slider. Boom... Power-Swing with a little Left-Stick influence. I knew it was gone with the crack of the bat & so did Garza. The right-fielder didn't even move.

A Hero's Welcome at Home plate

You got some dirt in there. I wonder if it's only in MLB stadiums or only engages on certain animations.
Damn. I need to pay more attention on grounders. That is lovely.
Never gets old. I wonder if Prince has his home plate celebration in the game. You know Maddon is pissed. His staff only gave up 4 hits and lost.
Overall, solid pictures.Comment

Thanks man, these are from the PC version. I can't remember if I had dirt in My Player or not. I'm glad that we have dirt in the PC version this year though, as it just adds to the overall presentation of the game. You got some dirt in there. On the Bartlett pic, I had to do a double-take when it happened in real time. lol I went back in ran the replay and it was just sweet to see.
As I said, Garza had me off-balance at the plate all dang night. So when Quentin came up, I was like what do I have to lose. It was a good pitchers battle though, which was good to see. We chased Price in the 1st game after getting 7 runs off him, including 2 homeruns. Middle game was a 4-2 affair, with TB rallying late for their 2 runs. Good to see the variety of games in the series.
Sorry, didn't mean to turn this into the Franchise thread... lolLast edited by RGmoney; 03-13-2010, 08:49 PM.Comment

Re: MLB 2k10 Screen Shot Thread
Ugh, I was trying to beat the throw home with Soriano and they got me at the plate, so I tried to plow the catcher, and instead, Soriano faked like he was going to run the catcher over and tried to slide under him instead. The catcher just dropped down right on top of him. Looked so painful for Soriano but it was so freaking cool to see.
And now, my screen shot. Game 5 of the NLDS, I managed to tie the game at 2 in the bottom of the 7th, and then Soriano hits his 2nd solo shot of the game in the bottom of the 8th that ends up being the game winner. Cubs win the game 3-2 and move on to the NLCS (currently winning that series 3-1), which is a pretty big deal because my team is made up of like 6 rookies, 2 of which are every day starters, so I'm pretty proud that this is the team that finally got me back into the postseason.

One more screen shot that I uploaded awhile ago...
