    I have a 360, but should I buy 2k10 on PC?

Should I get the PC version even though I have a 360? Is there a difference between the two versions? My PC has 6 gigs of RAM, Vista 64, and I have an ATI Radeon 4870x2 video card.

    What do you guys think?

Also if I get the PC version, will my wireless 360 controller work with it? I have the USB cable that charges the battery on it. Should I just buy a wired 360 controller or the wireless adapter thing?

Need advice on which version to get, and which adapter/controller to get if I go PC.

    Thanks in advance fellas.

PC. Cheaper and should look better with good spec. Also, modding will keep it fresh.

Thanks to all that helped with the Baltimore Orioles roster, and to N51_rob for making me an OS premium member.

I'm obviously biased as I bought it on PC, but yes, it cost half as much, I'm running it jaggy-free with some aggressive anti-aliasing and the MLB Today and Living Roster features are there.

Plus you can figure out how to go in and tinker with those iff files.

Downsides, and there always are some, you have to have a powerful enough computer, you won't find anywhere near the number of online players if that's your bag, you'll have to deal with the possibility of cheating and you can't win the million dollars for the perfect game challenge.

So there's that. I suppose it depends on what you want out of it. I'm loving it so far.

Don't forget that the patch may never come to the PC version.

And online play is very spotty.

And it looks like you can't use classic pitching or hitting controls.

Can anyone verifiy that it's definitely not possible to use classic hitting?

Yes you can use a wired 360 controller or Ps3 controllers too. I would go with the pc version though if you don't care about online play.

Also, at least with me. Im using the PC version with an Xbox controller and I cant understand why there are no Xbox icons. So it's very hard for me to determine what type of pitches I'm throwing.

                    Thanks
