    A few questions before buying.

Ok, so before i start, this isn't a bashing of either game, i've purchased "The Show", but i'm not entirely sold on there game this year, and after playing the "2k" demo, i think i prefer it.

Anyway, before buying i have a few questions concerning franchise mode (thats all i'll play).

    1) Is there alot of realism to the off-field aspect ? (Realistic trade logic, free agents going to realistic places. Arbitration etc.)

    2) Will there be a roster update with a good set of prospects ? I really want to go into multiple seasons, and i know that there 's a good set for the show in the works, so just wondering if there's something similar happening for 2k.

Oh, i forgot to mention, due to me being a european, 2k have an awesome plan to cut off alot of their market on Xbox by not making the game region free, which is such a stupid move, as there are many xbox users dying for a baseball game (that isn't "The Bigs"). So, these questions are for the PS3.
    NFL : San Francisco 49ers
    MLB: Boston Red Sox
    NHL: Boston Bruins
    NBA: Boston Celtics

    Football: Oxford United

Both of these questions are answered in other threads, please use the search feature.

    Having said that:
    1) No - FAs are totally jacked up and VERY few trades are made by CPU-CPU teams. Those that are tend to be realistic about 50% of the time.

    2) No - there won't be a roster update from 2K that involves prospects unless they've had Major League time.
