Infield Pop Fly?

Just wondering if anyone is seeing any infield pop flies or pop fouls up in the air in foul territory where the catcher can make a play on it. Ive played about 10 games on default All Star and have yet to see either. Thanks

Same thing here, played about 9 games and have not seen one infielder pop fly or a foul ball hit in the catchers direction.

I've played 60+ My Player as a pitcher and an outfielder.

None of those have occurred yet.

I've seen one infield fly during My Player, but have played about 20 games now in franchise mode with my Nats and haven't seen any infield flys.

My player is a shortstop. During the first season playing pretty much every game I saw quite a few infield pop ups. Even saw the infield fly rule called 5+ times.

Seen a couple in regular franchise play. Even the infield fly rule is called correctly.

So far, I've only played games in My Player (as P and LF) and about 15-20 "Play Ball" quick match-ups -- all on PRO setting. I've not seen a single infield pop-up, no foul-outs, no infield fly rules called, and no errors of any sort on behalf of the AI. I've also failed to get a single SB, even with the speediest of runners - always get thrown out by 20-30 feet. And on that same setting, I've never had an AI homerun hit off me.

Yah know, now that I think of it I haven't seen any of these scenarios in my games either. The hit variety is already very good in this game, so adding these more regularly would really open this game up. Hopefully, this can be fixed in a future patch.

In 1 game online I hit an infield pop, but haven't seen any since.

Same here. 40+ full games played.

I have never seen a pop-up to the IF or the "Infield Fly Rule."

Not once.

I also have never seen a pop-up to foul territory for my catcher to get under.

Pop-ups only seem to go into the stands or in the OF.

I've looked through several posts here and the ONLY example I can find of anyone saying they've seen a pop-fly in the IF is someone who was playing a 2B in My Player.

Strange that this common occurrence, as well as the foulout, is completely absent from the game.

Maybe the next patch?
