how does 2k #### up the braves unis that bad???

i rented 2k on ps3 just to see how it is compared to the other game and atlantas jerseys are all screwed up..when wearing the red jerseys they wear the original hat w/ red brim and a helmet that they've never worn in a game( its like the alternate sunday hat transformed into a helmet)..and with the blue alternate unis the uniform color is nowhere close to the real thing, its like a blue/greenish color or something.. and they also wear a hat and helmet that's never been worn( basically its the all dark blue hat/helmet with the logo from their alternate sunday hat on it).. i mean d@m how does the official game of major league baseball screw up that bad...and btw its actually a decent game this year as far as gameplay, and i like the hitter pitcher battle a lot

The Braves alternate uniforms also have a very strange issue with the batting helmet. It has the alternate blue surrounding the A but the rest of the helmet is the normal dark blue.

The Dodgers away uniforms look horrible too. Not so much the uniforms themselves, but the player names and numbers look TERRIBLE. Same thing with the home unis, but definitely more on the away jerseys.

I wonder if this is something they can fix in a future roster update? I recall the Cardinals road helmets had been fixed to the navy blue in 2K9. Maybe they can't fix how relatively light the supposedly navy blue alternate uniform is, but I think they may be able to fix the alternate hat/helmet and that's progress in itself.

I think they would beable to work on a patch for uniform update for all the MLB teams. I remember a few years ago when 2k8 decided to pump there card syste, they had cool base uniform for a free download on LIVE which were awesome.

This year is a little rediculous, all the logo and numbers look like they a pasted on. There is no excuse all for for this in the gaming age.

But i'm still playing MLB210 anyways, the patches should fix some of the issue's.

I absoultely hate this. I cant wear the d backs old unis, cause the undershirts and helmets are the wrong colors. That combo just looks stupid. I get upset everytime i see this.

The good news is that undershirts and helmets are actually fixable through roster updates. So you could post that in the Roster thread in the 2kforums and it'd probably be taken care of. That still should not have made it in the game, but at least it's fixable. Same for the weird Braves batting helmets. The bad thing is that the braves alt. jerseys were bad last year, they knew it (the darkened the helmets and accessories in a roster update, and everything but the alt jerseys is darker this year) and didn't fix it. For the Mariners, the helmets, hats and accessories are the right color, but socks and numbers/names are too light. It makes no sense.

^^^picky is complaining about chipper jones is using the wrong color bat or something like that...f###### up the uniforms this bad is inexcusable, how hard is it watch a few games and be able to get the unis right? #311 pay me 50k a year and i'd be happy do that for 2k

This is something I wish were correct, because I like the D'Backs old uniforms more than their new one's. I might be able to fix the undershirts by editing all the players on the team(hopefully I can), but I'm not sure what those red helmets are doing in there

Apparently helmets and undershirts CAN be fixed via a roster update, so as long as you bring this to the updater's attention (via 2K's official roster forum) it should be fixed eventually.

The uniform mistakes that 2k makes really shouldn't be made.
