    Four 1-0 games

    So I decided to pick this game up this year and am having some problems.

    Now before I continue I will say that this game is a blast to play and the presentation is great and the graphics are pretty darn good.

    My problem is pitching seems too easy while hitting seems too hard at least for me. I have played 4 games of my season with the Cubs and all 4 have been 1-0 ball games. I won 2 and lost 2. My only 2 runs came on solo shots. One of the computer's runs came because I was ******** and threw to first instead of home when there were only 1 out (thought there were 2 lol). The other run came on a duck snort in the bottom of the 12th inning.

    I am playing on pro so that might explain the pitching being so easy but the batting is just very frustrating. I don't want to go down to rookie nor do I really want to do custom settings because I want to get the achieves and the cards.

    Hopefully things will start to heat up because I do really enjoy this game and actually I haven't played MLB The Show 10 since I got this lol.

    Anyone else experiencing some problems with scoring?

      I had the same problem. I DL some sliders off 2K share, it helped alot. Also if your worried about cards and achievements, you can still unlock them even if your using custom sliders. You just have to change them to the point where it will still allow you to unlock them.

          I have had different scoring games in my first 4 of my Jays franchise games. I am playing on default Pro. I have only had 1 game with a score of 1-0. I think the pitching is a little easy, and sliders would definitely help with this, however like you, I am enjoying unlocking cards and achievements! The hitting for me varies! Texas has a side arm pitcher! If he was water, I could not hit him if I fell out of a boat! Beside sides that that variation has been awesome! Sorry for not having any answers for you! When you have unlocked all the"Pro or higher" achievements, you may need to adjust your sliders.

              Well maybe my problem was I just needed to come on here and talk about my problem because I just played another game and won 5-4 lol. I also saw Jay Bruce drop a fly ball which led to Ramirez crushing a 2 run homer. I collected 12 hits while they had 14 so that was nice to see.

              I did notice one slight error with the computer. In the 10th, they pinched hit for the pitcher and that guy got on. They then put in a pinch runner. Well after the inning I noticed the pinch runner was now the pitcher. Theriot collected a hit off him and then they put in a new reliever.

              Hopefully someone already mentioned this and it will be fixed in the patch. Not a gamebreaker by any means but Theriot ended up scoring the go ahead run because of it.
