Fielder can't tag runner

I had a ground ball to my 2nd baseman with a runner on 1st and 1 out. I went to tag the runner and I made contact with him but, the runner was not called out. Should've been an easy double play and it could've cost me a big run. Has this happened to anyone else?

Try pressing RB (R1 on PS3) when you make a tag.

This happens too often. I can't wait for EA Sports to get the lisence again.

This game is still an unfinished product. 2K better take a year off like they did for the NHL series.

Had it happen to me as well. It did cost me a run as it was a tie game in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs. Next game, I get tagged out by the pitcher. Did not make me a happy person.

bulls23 solved the issue. While it's stupid they don't have it in the controls manual, it works fine. There are plenty of things we can be angry at or pissed off because it's wrong, but this actually works how it is suppose to.
