    How to steal

Anyone have any tips? I can never get good timing. I always leave way too early, and the pitcher throws me out. How can I get good timing against the CPU?

When the pitcher picks up his front leg to start his delivery release the trigger. You also need to pay attention to the pitcher and the pattern of pitches he uses, look to run on a curve or change up. And last, don't run with just anyone, pick someone you know you can swipe a base, for example,I play with the Braves and the only guys I'm even thinking about stealing with are Nate McClouth,Jason Heyward, and Gregor Blanco. It's irritating to figure out but will pay dividends for you in the long run.

P.S.-Good game in the Music City Bowl,we got yall back for that embarrassment yall gave us in the same bowl game a few years ago
    Clemson Tigers
    Washington Capitals
    Atlanta Braves
    Carolina Panthers

First game was not good for you guys. If I remember correctly, Clemson was projected to win the ACC.
Wish UK could have, sending Rich Brooks at on a high note. I love to watch C.J. play. I hope we don't have to play you guys again. Other than UK, Clemson is one of the few teams I root for. Would like to soo both do a little better.

I would also suggest studying the deliveries of different pitchers. There are some that are easy, easy to steal on. I swiped five bases on one pitcher, and the catcher only bothered throwing down once. But the guy had a hitch in his delivery, causing him to pause and extra second before throwing home.

You will soon find that some pitchers are not worth the effort, some are possible to steal on if you have the right guy, and others are vulnerable t even players with average speed.

Absolutely the main ingredient in being successful stealing or not. Certain pitchers are so slow to home you can steal on a pitch out with a molina brother.

I also found that I could take 4th step if my runner is fast enough. Usually they pickoff and am a dead duck, but if I take the step very close to pitcher is about to pitch, they let me go and easy steal. Try with Ichiro
