    Customization = Better Game

    I know gameplay is the most important aspect of the game, and my opinion (and some others) - 2K really nailed it with the second patch. On default slider Pro difficulty, you really have to battle to win games and now it is making it more funner and realistic. I am in tight games and I throw 8 shut out innings and cannot score a run, just like the real Royals in real life! Just happen last night when Greinke was starting against Boston, the score was 1-0. Kudos to 2K for the patch! 2K is very close to being the best, just needs in-game injuries and errors. So that is my rant for those who say gameplay should be fixed first. Now to my topic:

    I really enjoy the customization in this game. I'm using the Royals in Franchise, and I can give my players non-Team colors: red, green, purple accessories or even equipment. I gave my Catcher Francisco Cervelli all gold catcher equipment, and let me tell you it looks mad dope when I am pitching. The way it shines and lusters with the lighting. I have a pitcher I took with 2K Sports:

    I think they should expand it a lot more to where we can edit the uniforms! I always thought the Royals would look sick with gold colored socks.

    Other customizations would be: more facial hair varieties, hair, and ability to edit players already in the game and not just created players.

    Edit managers and staff, because the Royals fired Trey Hillman and now the guys name is Nathaniel Young. I should be able to edit that and put Ned Yost. Even though the intials are the same, it takes away from the authenticity of the game.

    Anyone know if the PC is as editable as 2k9 was?

      It's all opinion, man.. Some don't care about what you just posted. Some want the game to be more realistic.

        Ill take fun over %100 realism any day. With that said more options can make the game better for everyone. Whether you want to play it realistic of not that can be your choice. I own both the show and 2k and while The Show is more polished and "more realistic" its just not as much fun to play.( IMO )

        To each his own which is why more options can make every game better by letting everyone play they way they want to.

          I agree with your gambler 100%. I love the show to be sure, but last night as I played the Reds v Texas in spring training, I was really sweating when they had two on and the heavy hitters due up. It was a lot of fun to be honest.

            Yes hair editing is a must. If I want to take Albert Pujols's goatee off, or give Colby Rasmus a haircut, I should be able to.

              I think that the more options the better. MLB 2k10 will be getting more play time after I finish my NBA 2k8 playoffs baby. Unless my 3rd child doesn't let me play much (baby is due july 12th)
              Gaming hard since 1988

              I have won like 25 Super Bowls in Madden so I am kinda a big deal.
