Is there rain in MLB 2k? I havnt played the series in a couple years, only have an xbox this year so I will definitely be picking 2K11 up, I look forward to it.

I haven't heard anything about the addition of rain but it wasn't in the game last year or the year before, I'm pretty sure its in The Show though.

Yes they have rain in the show this year. The devs said that the weather has effects with the on field play. The field looks wet and there are darkened spots in the infield and the base paths. Some one who got to preview the show and posted there comments on here said he played a quick game and selected rain and the it was cloudy then as the game progressed the clouds got darker and then it started to drizzle.

No rain. I wish they had it though! This series used to have rain AND rain delays... it was awesome.

Yup, it was in 2K9.

The only problem was there was a bug where a rain-delays would not be properly re-scheduled.

I think thats why they removed it... as a way to "fix the bug."

It was a pretty lame way to fix it in my opinion.

After all the improvements this year, rain and retractable roofs are all this game needs now.
