I totally agree it is always more fun IMO to use the weaker teams and not the power house teams. This has to be one of the first years where my brewers are one of the top teams in the NL. I'm used to using them cuz there my favorite team but also cuz they are a middle of the pack or bottom team. I can't wait for the actually season to start.

Oh yeah, I agree. If your hometown team is a great team that isn't your fault. I would still play with my hometown team too if they were awesome. I guess I was talking more about people I see online always using the Yankees, Red Sox, Cardinals, Phillies or Giants. lol

I usually switch back and forth between 2 teams in franchise mode, O's and the Pirates.

Well the national pastime is back once again on our consoles. I'm a baseball fan 100%....but i will always.....***n a Angel Franchise like I always do, been doling that since the SEGA 2k Days...OC Baby...it will be fun to play them the whole season 162 game no simming. and see if I can get them past the Heated Texas Rangers.

2nd AL team will be Mariners since I live in Washington and that is the only Baseball team I get on FSN Northwest. Great team to build off of....

Know I usually play a national team to, so I'll most likely play the Pirates. I always loved there yellow jerseys.

I will have my copy lunch time tomorrow., I can get it 1 hr..but I usually read posts on OS before release, which I get drawn into for 2 hrs..so i guess I'll wait..I have no other option..NOT GOING TO BUY PS3 for one game...sorry SONY.

I'm looking forward to using the Angels (my favorite team), Phillies (just want to try the Fearsome Foursome), Rays (love that small market squad, decent young core), Cardinals (Albert Pujols is my favorite player), and the Nationals (great young core to build around). I'll probably eventually use just about every team though, outside of the Rangers, Red Sox, Yankees, Mariners, Athletics, and Dodgers as I hate all six of those teams to death.

#1 is Red Sox. That just feels like I'm cheating. Especially with Gonzo.

#2 is Giants. Feels like I'm cheating on the mound.

So I'm not sure now.
Was thinking create a team with fantasy draft but I don't think that'd work out very well.
Not a big Twins fan but I like their stadium so maybe them but I'm not sure they have anything in terms of pitching. Took the Pirates in 2K10.

Detroit Tigers. Added some nice pieces and if the pitching holds up, should contend in the American League Central
