A bit bummed about franchise.

Well, how are the sim stats? I heard that it was atrocious last year. Hopefully they at least fixed this.

What's to be bummed about with franchise? What did you expect to be put it. I didn't see any stats that were off. The only thing that threw me was the Bucs winning it all. Other than that, I love the game.

Are the photos updated? Does Beltre have a Rangers cap on instead of a Red Sox (lile in the demo)?

No. Still Red Sox hat. What does that matter? If you play franchise at all, everyone is going to have on different hats anyway. The only hats that will be right will be from the cpu generated rookie faces.

Appreciate your response. But what I was expecting? I was expecting much more than just 40 man rosters. I'm sorry, but if they didn't expand beyond that, that is a major dissapointment. They should have at least options, waivers, etc. Oh well, as long as the gameplay is good, I'm going to purchase.

Camera views are great. All 30 broadcast cams can be edited so you can have whatever you like.

Got ya. I didn't get into franchise and see those things. I only simmed a season cause guys wanted to know how things looked. I didn't get into all that other stuff like waivers, etc. I was prompted to start the amateur draft during that season, but I just simmed right passed it. I'm just playing games and getting the feel of the game. I played the other game for years so some of this stuff is all new to me.

Fair enough. I should have been a bit more careful with my question. I'm glad that the stats are much better this year.

Is John Kruk still in the game? I don't remember hearing him in any of the videos (probably because I was focus on gameplay improvements).

Ball physics seem ok. I haven't really seen any crazyness yet.

One to Howard. I missed the gesture bad. The other was to Bautista, he crushed a 2-1 fastball from CC.

Transitions are really nicely done IMO. Shadows are nice as well. Stadiums sound lively just like last year. Sounds and commentary are the games strongest points IMO.

Thanks for answering our questions! I have a few if you don't mind:

1. Can you choose open/closed roofs this year or are there separate stadium models for both?

2. Any rain?

3. Can you double switch? (They added it to a patch last year and didn't tell anyone)

4. Are day night transitions accurate for season? (ex. does it stay light longer in July games than April)

5. How much does wind affect the ball and is there any indicator to tell what direction/speed? Can I tell if it's blowing out or in at Wrigley for example?

do you use the default camera ? or do you have it set to follow the ball ? cause i enjoy watching the ball sail over the wall.........
