    Question on Classic mode Pitching

When that small square appears to aim your pitch, is that where the pitch is supposed to end up regardless of pitch type? And if I aim the ball in a different area from that small square, same thing with pitch going there regardless of pitch type? If that's true, I assume the pitcher's control would have impact as well, correct? This is for Classic Mode.

That is supposed to be the catchers target. As for where to aim it all depends on whether you select pinpoint pitching or breakpoint. With breakpoint the arrows on the k zone kind of give you an idea where to aim.

So what is pinpoint? Is that where the pitch is supposed to go? Let's look at it this way for Classic Mode, I am not throwing to the small square that shows with Pinpoint, I aim, holding the ball in a specific spot, and is that where the pitch is supposed to end up regardless of pitch type?

Yes that is how pinpoint works.

With pinpoint the pitch will end up where you aim the cursor. With breakpoint you where you aim the cursor is where the pitch starts out at then it breaks from there.

Pinpoint is a terrible way to pitch, far to accurate. Classic breakpoint is better but the meter is to easy to get good at so it will end up being accurate as well after you master the meter. Although this years game has a pitcher control slider so that should help...hopefully.

Is there a way to change the analog stick for pitching to the D-Pad in either Classic or new meter?
