I was playing a MLB Today game and I went to the lineup screen to check to see what PH were available. I didn't actually pick one and came back to my at bat and the CPU pitcher simply wouldn't pitch to me. It didn't "freeze" but he wouldn't pitch. I could still go into the menus but there was no way he was gonna pitch to me.

This was my very first game of MLB 2K11

This happened to me yesterday, and I had to switch sides and throw a pitch and then switch back and it was fine. Another silly issue!!!

This fatigue bug in Franchise mode is really killing me! I love the game, but I want to start a franchise soon and am afraid it will take 2K forever to patch this, if it gets patched at all. All the little crap wrong with the game I can overlook, but for this not to be caught in testing and development is almost unforgivable!! Games have been getting this right for 20 years, how can it just get missed?

Completely agreed. The 2K team needs to internally finish development on 2K12 much earlier. They should then spend the extra couple months playing the snot out of it to make sure it works. All games have bugs, but this is ridiculous. Franchise health one is a major one and it was discovered by us the first day. All they had to do when testing was actually play one franchise game. That's hard to forgive.

At least MyPlayer is keeping me somewhat busy, but the game's likely gonna collect dust soon unless they fix some stuff ASAP. (I actually like the game overall better than 2K10 and it would be very decent, if not for all of the silliness with the glitches).

My game in my player just froze up after I scored from 3rd. WTH! It froze up yesterday in a regular game too! Is anyone elses game freezing?

Yep, I had two games freeze up in a row playing a franchise on my 360. Both freezes were in the same place too, different game. It was either in the middle or bottom of the seventh during the transition between innings and the 2K logo came up and locked up. I had the presentation set to real time. I changed the presentation to 2k10, super simmed to top of seventh and tried to recreate the crash and couldn't. So I don't know if the simming prevented the crash or what. I was also playing spring training games.

Bleh, all those issues were present after the final patch in 2K10... think they had a fix for pitchers staying in too long and the solution was to pull them way too early.

Lol. No plans to fix I guess then?

Just thinking as a way to dodge around the pitcher being pulled bug..

It only seems to happen when the CPU is batting, as they are PHing for the pitcher..

If we take control of the CPU for one pitch of the AB then switch back, I wonder if they will keep him in.

I have seen my game freezing too. It always happens between innings while the 2K Sports logo is on the screen. I thought it might have been the disc so I installed it to the hard drive. I played 4 straight games without a freeze and I thought installing it to the hard drive fixed it. But then I was crushing the Rangers with the Red Sox. I hit back to back home runs with Ortiz and Gonzalez to go up 8 and then struck out with Youk to end the inning and the game froze. This is killing me.

Yep, install all my games to the hard drive. Try changing the presentation to see what that does. I'm testing the 2k10 and hurry up vs. real time. Setting is under presentation, GAME FLOW. So far, so good.

I was able to play one game with Game Flow on 2K10 but then the second game froze on me. I will try hurry up now and see.

This is odd. Hit a double with Zambrano, their pitcher gets pulled. After the cut scene, He's standing on 2nd with a windbreaker on. Haha, nothing too major. The picture isn't too great bc I took it with my blackberry, but I found this pretty comical.

This is bad. Playing my 7th franchise game with the Braves in All Start. First game against the Phillies (Pettitte [4.1 perfect innings] vs Lee) 7th inning 0 - 0 (3 and 4 hits). End of the inning a message comes out "Pettitte is injured and needs to be replace", I selected the reliever but the game won't let me change the pitcher, so game is stuck in a window that says that I must replace the injured player.

Also, a few times before the start of a game, game freezes when showing the rating of the teams. Always freezes at 4 for both teams.

Note: Got Pettitte as my #2 (114 days) and #3 (30 days) starters got injured.

I was able to play one game with Game Flow on 2K10 but then the second game froze on me. I will try hurry up now and see.

Played 5 games with Game flow on hurry up without the game freezing. Guess I will have to go this route.

I sure hope this is not going to be a problem...I was playing PLAY NOW mode with my brother. We got to 7th inning and game frooze. I have not had this happen as of yet for 2k11. Kinda frustrated but it is late so i guess I will just wait to see in the morning and try again.

2k11 plays a great game of baseball IMO. Hopeful for another patch to fix the fatigue issues for franchise mode soon. I think a inside the part HR bug is surfacing too. Run did not count on scoreboard.

None of those items are going to make me give up on 2k11, I just would like for these issues to be fixed fast and thought out in house before releasing to the public again'.

I'm gonna find and kill the creators of MLB. I used this week of spring break and my week off from work to do nothing but play MLB my player and when I get to the end of 2017 and it's time to advance to free agents my GAME FREEZES. I had over 800 games played and I was one goal away from Hall of Fame status. I want a refund very soon. 2k this year has completely ruined my experience as being a 360 owner. NBA started out great until there were frickin giants in the paint and the fact my player froze while he was jumping on the table for his championship. And now my bad luck continues on MLB. This is getting ridiculous.
