all the articles are written like that. it might be American Sign Language but i doubt it. when you read text designed for ASL it is missing a lot of the connective words we use and sounds incomplete and strange.

i looked on the site and there is no mention of it being for the deaf so i doubt it. it is probably translated wrong.

Its a Pakistani site with articles written in Urdu or something and then translated to English.
