Re: When is the next patch, and what do you want?

    1. Game lockups - Happens to me alot.
    2. Franchise Fatique - Won't start a franchise till this is fixed
    3. HR/Out Glitch - So far have not seen this, but I will one day.
    4. DL player face changes glitch - This has been there since 2k9.

Also do you guys remember the 2k10 patch did not drop till Memorial Day
weekend last year. I pray that it's not that long of a wait, but hope the
patch drops before the million dollar contest begins in April. I still love the
    game, spite all the glitches.

Re: When is the next patch, and what do you want?

The other problem I would like fixed is when playing My Player as a pitcher, my pitcher won't move when on the mound, so covering 1st base is not possible.
Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. Cost me a no hitter earlier this evening. Strangely enough that game was not the norm for my guy. I seem to get shelled in every other game.

Also in My Player, the AI manager has forced my guy to start games on less than two days rest, even making two starts on back-to-back days. Apparently resting doesn't have an effect, which is incredibly unrealistic.

Speaking of getting shelled all the time, I would expect a touted prospect to enter AA ball with something better than an 88 mph fastball with little control or movement. Of course that's less a bug and more a poor gameplay decision.

The cpu pitcher needs to hold base runners and actually throw over to first base once in a while.

Really, you not seeing the cpu throw over at all?
I see it all the time when Drew Stubbs is on first and I try to get a large lead.

If it's ay all possible, fix the contracts that superstars sign/re-sign. Prince Fielder should be signing a contract for more than $9 mill/ year.

I don't try stealing very much but whenever I've tried a 3 step lead the cpu has never thrown over. Maybe I don't try enough but last year if I took 3 steps I was in big time danger of getting picked off.

I can confirm that they do. I've tried this with Podsednik and Rajai Davis and the CPU attempted pickoffs 2 or 3 times in a row. However, It doesn't happen with all players.

That's good. I probably attempt one steal every two games and I never take more than three steps. Probably too small a sample size but I thought I remember the cpu throwing over a lot more in 2K10. I sucked so bad at stealing in 2K10 I just gave up completely. I'm a big believer in Earl Weaver baseball anyway.

A my player freeze patch. This is the second consecutive 2k11 game my guy is frozen and unplayable. They had 5 months to fix the problem in NBA for MLB and they failed ****-ly.

I do think they need to patch user throwing errors. I have never seen a throwing error while you were in the green and you should be able to.

Hitting the green zone means a perfect throw, why would you want errors for that? It would defeat the purpose of the whole fielding system.

All the above, lower in-game injury frequency, and fix when an injured pitcher stays on the mound in an injury animation after getting hurt. You can also fix it by not skipping through when the injury comes up but still it's ridiculous.

Do you think a MLB player only makes an error when he throws it as hard as he can? Often times a casual throw goes bad.

The entire green zone of the throwing meter leads to a 0% error rate which think isn't realistic at all imo. I agree that the red zone should be a much higher level of error but the green zone needs to have some errors mixed in based on their ratings.

Add me to this camp, but what's up with the throws that roll over to first base when they throw from their knees after a diving play?

They need to fix the fielding in this game. Too many balls hit in the gaps that turn into inside the park home runs. Whether it's due to the outfielders fielding ratings or what, it needs to be addressed.
