Player Development
Has anyone gotten far enough to see their younger players develop and reach some of their potential? I just got through the draft with the Reds and mainly drafted for potential. I hired some new good "teaching" coaches hoping it helps them reach that potential..

Re: Player Development
from what I can tell, stay on top of your minor leagues and make sure guys are getting playing time, and success. If they are struggling at a level, move them down some so they have more success. Be sure your minor league staff is decent as well.
It's all I can think of right now. I'm still doing some testing of some things in both games so I haven't had a chance to start a full on dedicated franchise yet.You do what you want in your association, don't let others ruin the fun. Just because other people say it's cheap doesn't mean you have to let it affect your association, just have fun - Evan_OSComment

Re: Player Development
Here is a tip, don't get lousy stats with that player. If its a prospect play him at a lower level to make sure he does really well.Comment
