I like the game but the flashing is getting to me. :(

What flashing? If you mean the blue flash between animations, go to Options/Presentation put it to Real Time.

It's more when i'm pitching that it gets to me, every strike and K you get really sets off the flashes,lol.

Are you serious, guys? You don't know what flashing? It's everywhere. Just watch this video and starting at 0:30 you don't see a second where the game doesn't have yellow flashy streaks and other crap.

The only thing that bothers me is when you max out a pitch and the big orange/yellow circle appears. Some times it feels like it sticks around so long that I lose sight of the actual pitch as it crosses over the graphic.

It's no game killer at all, but this graphic is, IMO, just over the top unnecessary. It just kind of reminds me of the crap that pops up when playing a Street Fighter game or something. Just doesn't seem to belong in sim-style video games...It'd kind of be like if your player had a huge cirlce light up around whenever you had a perfectly timed shot in NBA 2K.

I agree that the MAX graphic is pretty obnoxious and unnecessary. A simple color change to the circle would do the same thing.

Well, I've been playing the game a ton over the last few days days. I just don't notice anything distracting other than the MAX pitching graphic. I guess it's just a personal thing.

Edit: So I just watch what you were talking about and see what you mean. Honestly, it doesn't bother me at all. I think it actually looks great. I guess I understand how some folks might prefer static graphics. Regardless, I don't find it distracting at all. In fact, I never really noticed how much there was until you mentioned it.

I see them now. I guess I really didn't notice them before, (probably still won't) but they don't bother me.
