lineups in franchise mode randomly change??

i don't understand what happened. i didn't have an injury or anything. i simulated a few games with the cardinals and lost 6 games in a row. i was wondering what was going on so i went to my lineup just to see, and everything was messed up. matt holliday was batting 2nd. pujols hitting 4th. my leadoff man hitting 8th. wtf? and when i went to play my next game my camera setting got changed as well. very odd. anyone else experience this?

In Franchise automation option menu is your Major League Lineup automation turned to On or Off? also save your profile after you change your camera and other settings

Anytime something pops up (such as an injury) and it asks if you want to manually handle it or have it auto handled, don't ever tell it to auto handle it because then the AI will proceed to adjust EVERYTHING in your franchise (even if you have all automations off). I made this mistake when I signed a free agent and sent a guy to the minors to open a roster spot. It told me my AAA team had too many players on the roster so I told it to auto handle it because I thought it would just send one of the worse players from AAA to AA.....well, it did that, plus adjusted all my lineups and pitching rotations all the way up to my MLB team.....not what I was expecting at all, and I had to go in and readjust my lineups...so be careful not to tell the AI to auto handle anything.

Yea, I never do that. If a player in my minors gets injured and it's an option to justs leave him in the lineup, I do that even if it'd be better to take him out manually or automatically. I manually handle everything anyways, so I don't think that's it.

Every time I make any sort of change to my team -- edit a player for example -- the game adjusts my lineup and pitching rotation. And I have all auto-adjust options set to off. It's just the way the game is programmed unfortunately.
