    Baserunner selection

Let me preface this by saying I love this game. That being said, the "baserunner" selection process while the ball is in play is controller-smashably frustrating. (I made a new word, yay).

When I select a runner by pressing A, when I decide to make the decision it seems like the cursor automatically switches back to another runner---and at the worst possible times. For example:

Man on 1st and a ball is hit to the gap. My runner gets a great jump and is halfway between 2nd and 3rd when I hit "down" for him to go home. I hit A to switch back to the batter who is now running past first and I hit "up" to send him to second. Except the cursor automatically switches momentarily to the runner rounding 3rd causing him to head back towards 2nd base. I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me and it is extremely frustrating. Why does the cursor have to switch automatically in the first place?

You have to stick with the lead runner longer.....maybe they did that on purpose, maybe not.

I'm not using the stick at all and I'm finding it works fine. Typical sequence using only the L trigger and A button:

Man on first, I hit the ball in the gap. Man on first starts to run; I squeeze the L trigger and command him to go to third. Then I hit A to switch to the guy who is running to first, then squeeze the L trigger to command him to round first and head to second. Result: guy on third and guy on second, both safe and ready to be stranded yet again!
