PITCHER ANIMATIONS SPEED

I have noticed in MLB2k11 that the pitcher's initially start off their pitches very casually taking their time to wind up their throws and when they throw the ball, it doesn't have much velocity. Then, as he gives up a few hits, I noticed that he starts hurrying his pitches more, winding them up quicker and throwing them with more zip and velocity. This is very noticable.

My question is the following: Is there any way to trigger or turn this option ON/OFF to make my pitchers wind their pitches faster and throwing them with more velocity as mentioned above?

I would like to skip or bypass this initial slow and casual mood the pitchers have in winding up their throws that reflect on the velocity of their pitches.

They pitch from the wind up with bases empty. They pitch from the stretch with runners on. Just like in real life.
