MLB Today standings not working?

Does anyone else have the issue of not seeing the current team win-loss standings and box scores?

On the main MLB Today page, the standings for each team reflect last year's standings. Also, if I go into the living rosters menu and look up box scores for recent games they are all 0-0.

Any idea if this is a bug or do i need to do something to fix this?

I don't mean to hijack your thread here, but I have another question about MLB Today.

Is the living roster the only reason they created this mode? I mean, yeah it's cool that it will set up the starting pitchers and all.. but they don't even roll with the day's lineups. You have to auto set the actual lineup (I was thinking they would wait for the lineups to be announced, and then update the MLB Today lineups to match.)

What am I missing here? I like the mode overall, but I just don't completely see it's purpose.

Could you please take a look at the main match-up screen (for any team) and let me know if you are seeing their current win-loss record or last year's? I would appreciate that.

I remember reading before the game dropped that MLB Today could conceivably replace Baseball Tonight and ESPN for baseball news. Yeah; that's not working out so well. Not only do MLB Today stats and standings not update, but the Living Rosters section is all screwed up as well. I don't see how dynamic player ratings are going to work if 2K doesn't bother updating real-life statistics.

Thanks Jimmy, that picture is exactly what I was talking about.. That what I am seeing too.
Last year we at least were tracking current standings and box scores. This year it doesn't appear to be working at all.
I hope this is on the patch list.

Box scores were recorded for the first few games of this season, but those line scores only showed runs correctly. Every game showed 0 hits, 0 errors, but individual stats were still updated.

Now that nothing's working, every MLB Today game I've played has had the commentators hailing each team's "no hitter" yesterday.

yea I noticed that too that MLB today games doesn't have the correct standings and stats right. Anyone knows what's going on here, it wasn't like this with MLB2K10. Any ideas anyone?

Ive noticed this as well. What is also annoying is apparently the commentators dont realize that we are past Opening Day.

Im guessing it will start getting updated after the patch is released. I'm spewing that they haven't been updating it yet with the start the Indians have had.

As of today, box scores are being updated again. Boxes from April 5-9 are still missing, however.

I really wish they'd include hits and errors. The lines look awkward without them. And they are included in the batter and pitcher totals, so it's not like the stats aren't available.

Yes, I noticed that there are now box scores (only runs like shown above) for the April 10 games. However, the win-loss standings have now reverted back to 0-0 for all teams. So while playing MLB today games the announcers are still referring to opening day but the stat overlays are showing how the players did in yesterday's games.

I sure hope they figure this out soon, MLB today was my favorite game most in 2K10 because of all the daily stat updates and references to how players and teams are doing during the season.

Ok when will we get MLB today working? Every time you play it thinks it's opening day. We are getting stats from the previous games but all standings are 0-0. I wonder if they will need the upcoming patch to make this work. Frustrating.

Yes, this is very annoying and I hope it is fixed with the patch. MLB Today was a main selling point for me and to have it not work is very disappointing.

Good News! MLB Today is now showing the correct win-loss records for all teams in the main page and in the Standings menu and the player stats are showing in the overlays etc. So my favorite mode is now working again.

The only thing that is not completely working is the box line scores in that only the scores show correctly, not hits or errors. However hits and errors do show correctly in the details.
