Good websites for Mods on the PC?

I have already been to mvpmods and moddingway. I got some great downloads from mvp but i cant seem to download anything from moddingway. I just want to know if there are anyother websites for this type of thing? Mainly im looking for tv overlays. I tried to google it but all i got was moddingway stuff.

Bunch of TV overlay mods on MVP Mods. Check this thread:

Hi guys I will be releasing some MLB 2K11 Title Screens. Evan Longoria Download it http://downloads.moddingway.com/file/9564.html Feel free to make requests :)

If you can't download, you're doing something wrong or your PC settings need to be tweaked. I've downloaded 30+ mods for 2K11 from that site, including overlays from that thread.

When i try and download something from moddingway it says it gives me the option of finding, saving, or cancelling. Saving doesnt work so when i click find it tells me that i have to download software. Is there something that i need to download that would be safe for my computer?

That doesn't make sense as saving the file should be easy peasy. When the File Download box pops up, where do you choose to save it? I always save to my desktop. Then after installing it, I move the file into the folder on my D drive where I store all my downloaded MLB 2K11 files. If you're not being allowed to save the file, then it sounds like some setting on your PC needs adjusting.

Well basically when i save it before i download it, it does the same thing as if i click to find it. It opens a new window and tells me i need to download some software. So it must be something with my computer ill have to mess with it

Yeah, something's not right there because when I click to download, it instantly brings up the File Download box. I just choose a save location and away it downloads.

Another thing: Are you having this problem only when downloading from the Moddingway mirror? Because many of the files link to the MVP Mods mirror and not to Moddingway -- Infam0us' uni downloads are one example. Do you have the same issue when downloading this uni file for example:

Update in Colors with the Tigers uniform. Credit to udwph for the Sparky patch.

Be very careful with Moddingway.com. Earlier this year, I contracted a virus 2 different times I visited that site for some NBA2K11 mods. MVPMods is the best site for getting mods for the PC. Just giving ya'll a heads-up.

Anyone else having trouble visiting mvpmods site? first attempt to access site sends me to a tinyurl msg, second attempt sends me to a board message reading '[#2000] You are not allowed to visit this forum.' Can't access anything else on the site.. and I'm getting sick of looking at 2k11's horrible generic cyberfaces.

I signed up 4-5 weeks ago and have been downloading mods for 2K11 since then. So the problem is at your end, not theirs.
