Can anyone drag bunt?

I cant seem to figure out how to get it to work, all the other 2K years ive been able to, 1 year was hit X real early like when the ball was first released, then another year was hit X really late, can anyone drag bunt?

Yes, after the release of the pitch you press and hold (x) ([]) depending your gaming system.
Holding it continues the animation to make contact. I dont think you can hold it and pull back your bunt attempt though
But just hold X after the release of the pitch

I'm going to have to try this. The last couple times I tried to do it the old way (tap x after the pitch is released) I got an ugly animation and no success.

Yes, with players with over 80 speed I can do it every time, but below 80 it is hit ore miss.

I actually just used this last night. I was out, but I was able to do it finally.

Yup me too, had 3 for hits and 1 out, thanks for answering guys, didnt realize I had to hold thruout the entire time, thanks alot

am i missing something, b/c when i try it it's literally impossible to get the bunt down in the milliseconds from the time the ball is released to the time it crosses home plate. my AI pitch speed slider is 80...is that the problem or am i missing something?
