It seems like that cpu batters have no idea what they are doing. They cannot get any runs what so ever against me. I am using legend sliders but changed a little. The batters do not know when and when not to swing. I can't even count how many times a batter has taken a fastball straight down the middle on an 0-2 pitch. But on a 3-0 pitch they will swing at a pitch in the dirt. Sometimes I purposely throw pitches down the middle just to see if they will hit it but they don't! Alot of the time they the batters seem to be taking pitches down the middle against me. Is anyone else having this problem?

Really dude, this is a pointless post............go to the slider forum, take a look at Blazzen or Mkharsh and use there sliders, if ur still complaining then toss the game like I did with 2k9 and 2k10, but not 2k11 -

If you took every little thing that's not properly coded in this game, you could easily fill up the forum with "Why does the CPU...?" threads. But why would you care to? The game is a huge improvement over the last few years. Enjoy it for what it is: a flawed but mostly fun representation of baseball (finally 2K!).Comment

If that's truly the case, then it's up to you to adjust the difficulty by adjusting how you play the game. Raise CPU contact and power silders to 100. Lower you hitting sliders to make sure games are kept close. Get rid of your allstar-calibre pitchers and pitch with AA scrubs. Or simply edit and lower the ratings of your teams' pitchers. There are a bunch of ways to make the game more of a challenge.Comment

^^ yeah like i cannot for a second believe anyone can dominate the AI hitters with the contact/power sliders turned way up. heck the computer contact slider over 60 is a huge challenge. they swing and make contact with everything. so i'm not so sure about this post..Comment
