How do you take a player off a rehab stint?

Im playing with the Phillies and Roy Oswalt was on the DL for 60 games. When he came off they said he was on a rehab stint for 3 days. He was still on my roster. When I tried moving him to AAA, AA, or A it said you cannot move players on a rehab stint. Its been about 2 weeks since his injury was done. I cannot put him as a starting pitcher but I can bring him in as a reliever. Is this a glitch?

all they have to do is play and it counts as a rehab stint. so if all they can do is be a reliever then have him come in the game as a RP

I actually kind of figured it out. All I did was allow the cpu to fix my rotation and he is back in as a starting pitcher. But it still says he is on a rehab stint every time I try moving him myself. But maybe after 3 games that will stop.
