Why does the cpu constantly put relievers in their rotations?

Every franchise I've started/played with has had this problem. The AI, for whatever reason, decides that a guy with only 60 stamina is a good starting pitcher. These guys never last more than 4 innings a game, and it shows in their stats.

Really frustrating to see the AI logic be so poor regarding this, and something I'm disappointed wasnt fixed in the latest update.

Yeah, for some reason the cutoff is 60 stamina for starters. They usually go by overall (ex. Nationals- Doug Slaten-60 stam., 77 ovr.? over Jordan Zimmermann-70+stam.?, 75 ovr.)
The same goes for setup men and closers in the case of going by best overall (ex. Nationals- Drew Storen-80 ovr. CL, makes sense. Next best pitcher-Livan Hernandez is SU because of 77. ovr.?)
