So I went to play one of my franchise games, and as usual, I make the lineups like they are in real life. I edited the Angels lineup and everything, but when I pushed "Y" to switch to the Dodgers and edit theirs, it wouldn't let me move anyone around. Anyone know what the deal is?

Sounds like when you created your franchise you only took user control over one team. You won't be able to edit computer lineups unless you created a franchise in which you control all the teams.
Athough, I assume if you start the game as a 2 player game you'll be able to without having to restart your franchise. Then once the game starts, switch player 2 control over to cpu. I think this will disable achievements though if you're into those things.

I have control of all teams and you can't edit the opposing lineup by pressing Y. You can edit the opposing team's lineup before choosing to play the game. Just to clarify that last sentence, you can edit the opposing lineup before selecting the date to play the game.Last edited by ambizytl; 06-26-2011, 09:41 AM.Comment

So I can go and edit their lineup for the game I'm about to play, before I select to play it, but when I'm on the game loading screen where it shows the two teams and it says "press start to edit lineup", I cannot, correct?Comment
