2. If it's not renewed then likely EA so they can bring back the MVP series. -

I think the best thing would be for 2k to continue making baseball games, but without the exclusive license, so others companies could also make an mlb game."Life is like baseball, it's the number of times you arrive home safely that counts"Comment

Re: Mlb2k12 last year wow?
Just because 2K may not renew their 3rd party license doesn't mean 2K Sports will no longer make a baseball game. Secondly MLB will not do another deal like that again. It will open the license the way it was before 2K Sports brought 3rd Party Rights.
So this thought that 2K will no longer be making baseball games next year is nothing mis-informationComment

Yes, the exclusive license is coming to an end, but that does not mean they're just going to suddenly stop making MLB games (it would be kind of dumb of them to just stop when the series is actually getting a lot better lately). What it actually means we might see MORE MLB games from other companies again, and that's a good thing.Comment

lol at the thread title. Drama anyone? Seriously though, I think it will be a while before another company makes a baseball game. I'm sure it will be EA first, but if I was a betting man (I'm not) I would bet we won't see it till next gen.Comment
