No, muffin you do'nt sound like a 15 year old , in fact , you are very knowledgable about sports video games,(baseball especially).
But you need to take a deep breathe and relax,believe me , I love baseball video games just as much as you do.
But remember VC pulls this every year and I cannot blame them. Besides us not too many people give a crap about baseball video games this time of year.
Now if January and February come and go with no Espn news than I will start to worry, but until than I will wait patiently and consider any news something to look forward to this gloomy time of year!!

Yes, of course you guys will worry. But again, just consider what we have seen so far in both the past, and from ASB and MVP this year. They are on top of it to a point that you can tell they are undoubtedly releasing a game this year.

I just want IGN or GameSpot, or here at OS, to post up a news article saying that ESPN Major League Baseball will be out for the PS2 and Xbox ready for release Spring of 2004 or something like that.

That's all I want. If they give us extra, I'm totally greatful.

if you watch the previews in ESPN Basketball, at the end it says "and coming soon, ESPN Baseball"...that would seem to be pretty official, no?...obviously, its not what youre looking for, but the game will be out next Feb, count on it

I just want 2 thins in the new game:

1) Better camera options so that we can see the stadiums. I dont want the camera stuck on the ground like last year. The foul ball cam was cool, but it was the only one that showed the stadium.

2) SLIGHT, if any, enhancements to the franchise mode. IMO, WSB has the best franchise mode of any game. The ability to hire/fire coaches and the loyalty rating is simply brilliant.
