Looks a lot like MLB2K11. I'm not looking for the graphics too top the SHOW either, because of the engines. What I do look for is the little things like most posters say. Last year, there was that (1second) pause when a outfielder was throwing home, that drove me nuts. It seem like I seen that again and hopefully it's a early build and they fix that bug. Also dynamic attendance and the players all having the same hats was a big issue as well. Hopefully with the new physics, we don't see the morping of the ball in the glove that I hated and better logic with strategy from the AI. It's still early, so I'm holding my breath and wishing for the best.

Still a very flat and stilted-looking game overall, like something one would have expected to see back in 2005 or so. Some aspects look like they've been improved slightly from last year, so that's a good thing. Gotta be some other hitting options though. Timing-only hitting isn't going to cut it for me again this year, especially since there's obviously no leap forward in 2K12's graphics and animations.

Looks about the same to me. Same cartoon-looking flatness, lighting and even color-palette. Regardless, my point is there were obviously no major upgrades to either the graphics or animations. So there has to be a big leap in other areas for a purchase to make sense. And for me, that has to be in the hitting dept. and the inclusion of a zone hitting system.

Heh, always a good addition to any baseball title. Given it's part of the actual game and all.

Im praying that the DL bug, checkswing, franchise stat bug are addressed. Im wondering do the catcher take his mask off tracking fouls and other plays?? I hope too see this during more gameplay videos.

I didn't get a whole lot out of that video either way. It looks similar to last year. Whether all the little things and bugs got fixed is still unknown.

                      unlike last years

The colors 2K keep using are sometimes far away from reality. For example Delmon Young's helmet looks like as if it's made out of velvet and that blue has nothing in common with the real color. It should be a real dark navy blue that almost looks black. I also don't think the lighting effects look very realistic. Same goes for the Rangers grey road unis. The afternoon sun never can make such an impact to give these unis that yellowish-grey hue.

But commentary has always been way better compared to MLB The Show.

don't even call it commentary on the show
they barely talk & they are so disconnected

Commentary is the only true weakness of MLB The Show. But at some point every commentary gets repetitive, so I have no problem at all to ignore that.

on 2k i don't get bored of it

i went got a ps3 for the show and regretted it
only thing that game has is the graphics
the hitting is easy the commentary is way off
