I have 2k11 on xbox so cant really comment on the PS3 version but if you have a PS3 and dont have the other game instead of MLB 2k11 then that is truly negligent.

Or you could enjoy the control scheme of 2K more? This comment seems borderline trolling...

The only reason I own a PS3 is the Show. Can't understand anyone buying the other game on that system. I've only noticed graphics pretty much always being better on the 360. My opinion.

I thought it was a fact that MLB 2K games have always looked and ran slightly better on the 360.. ?

I can only talk about MLB 2K7 when it comes to both systems and it looked much better and ran much smoother on a 360.. and I only own a PS3, so I'm not biased.

I've been playing the 2K series since 2K5. I know that those initial games were on the PS2 and X-Box, so they don't really count too much towards the graphical updates that the next-gen systems offer.

That being said, I have seen a steady increase in the quality of the graphics of the 2K series since its launch on the next gen systems.

The player models, while not perfect, have been much improved to this point. The stadiums and player models in 2K11 are amazing, IMO. While they may not have that "POP" that they do in the Show, for the most part, the faces are done much better in 2K11.

I'm not sure the major differences between the game running at 720p (which I have) and 1080p, but I would imagine that if the graphics look as good as they do on the PS3 at 720p, they would only be that much better at 1080p.
