Controlling all 32 teams?
Hey guys, I have been pondering the idea of a 30 team franchise and I am not sure how I would go about this. Would I have to sign ALL the Free Agents manually, Re-sign players manually and so forth? Any tips/ideas/advice/help would be very much appreciatedTags: None -

Re: Controlling all 32 teams?
haha no worries man. but to be serious, i would assume you would have to do everything. But i would also assume that you could make it as realistic as you want.NFL - Minnesota Vikings
NBA - Phoenix Suns
MLB - St. Louis Cardinals
NCAA - Michigan State SpartansComment

Controlling all teams is the only way to go. You can choose to let the CPU do all the work for any teams you like, so it's not like you have to micro-manage every single franchise. But you still have the option to do things like switch CPU teams' lineups around, and sub in pinch-hitters for CPU P's who shouldn't be batting in the 9th inning.Comment

I am a "control-all-teams" veteran, do it for all the sports games I play; Madden, NBA2K, MLB 2K.
If you find signing FAs and making trades for the team's you don't plan on exclusively playing with as a burden or annoyance, then this might not be for you.
I find making the trades and signings/re-signings a labor of love and a way to shape my own major league landscape.
What is more/less the most annoying thing when controlling all teams in MLB is managing the 40-man roster. Its a pain in the *** to cycle through all the teams and assign the extra players, then remove the extra players, and then do it all over again in September.
Unfortunately you cannot let the cpu take over this task because it will alter your lineups and rotations.Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment
