Where do you adjust camera settings?

I've found the camera settings once a game has started, but is there a way to make it so I don't have to change it every game and just make it part of my settings package?

You can't! Amazing, right?

Well, it should save after you complete a game with the new settings. But you can't edit it outside of a game (or set a default to use online).
