    Batter 1 view

Does anyone use this view? I'd like to use it, but I find it difficult to gauge depth of the pitch, as well as low pitches in the zone look really low.

Does anyone have good settings for this? The reason I'd like to use it is because stadium back drops look completely different than they do om batter 3.

Never have, it's simply too zoomed in and unrealistic. Both the P and the CF scoreboard are in-your-face close, it's a weird cam IMO.

That's what I love about the view. I just can't judge a pitch on it. I guess I should be focused on the pitch and not the outfield wall during at-bats.

Heh, that's probably a good idea. I realize the view offers an up-close look at fans in the CF stands, etc. which some may like. Me, I mostly don't like having the P seemingly standing 20 feet away while firing fastballs.

I have always used this view....try zoom 3 height 2.

Okay, maybe I'll try that this afternoon.

I find I can hit on height 5, zoom 8. I have to up pitching speed though, or else it takes forever for the pitch to arrive.

You can zoom out though. If anything the Batter 2 and 3 views feel unrealistic/weird. The outfield looks like it's a mile away and the pitcher looks like a second baseman. If people really see a ball field that way in real life they should visit an optometrist immediately.

I love the Batter 1 view. More traditional/realistic and makes the stadiums feel closer to their actual size.
