Which hitting view?
Are most people using for this game?? Or is there a good custom camera that people are using?Tags: None -
Re: Which hitting view?
I use batter 3 with it zoomed in all the way to 10 and height at either 5 or 6. Does anyone know how to save camera settings so I don't have to change them for every game? I tried to save my profile and settings but it didn't work.Comment

In franchise, they save automatically.Comment

Re: Which hitting view?
I have tried all of these and still haven't found one that works for me. Perhaps I just won't be a good hitter in this game lol.
Does lowering CPU pitch speed help any with hitting??Comment

Re: Which hitting view?
Like this:
Batter 3
Zoom 10
Height 4
I find it's easiest to read pitches low in the zone with lower "height" values. And since most pitches tend to be low, I feel this gives me the best read.
Basically it puts your view right where a Catcher would be.Comment

Re: Which hitting view?
Batter 3, Zoom 5, Height 7.
I am convinced it's the best for reading pitches.Comment

This is exactly what I use, except height 4.

Re: Which hitting view?
i figured out that if you create a franchise and save it after you have made camera adjustments it will use those settings in play now. I am still having to change them in every online game tho.Comment

Re: Which hitting view?
when you set it to height 4 did you also zoom in to 10?
because I found when you zoom back to about 5 like you do, the lower height didnt help as much.
so if I were going with Batter3 zoom 5, I would also raise the heigh like you do.
Try Batter3, zoom 10, height 4 if you havent already.
Also, this is just a preference thing, whatever helps you read pitches might not be what helps others read pitches.Comment

Re: Which hitting view?
If you are going to start messing with PitchSpeed then commit to sticking with an adjustment for multiple games. Even a 10 unit change one way or the other is enough to screw with your timing for a full game, which can easily add its own set of frustrations.Comment
