Lol no it isn't. It is a programming error. I stated that if you read my previous post.
And it isn't an unrealistic result. People can do it in the MLB. The animation of a first basemen stepping off the bag after catching the ball isn't glitch.
And why do you care if he does it? He doesn't use it online. He does it offline in play mode. Get over it. Seriously. You people need to stop acting like the offline MLB 2k12 baseball committee.

I don't consider an animation error a glitch. I think a glitch consists of something that makes something unrealistic. Like you said. And he didn't say that it'd work for every single guy. That would be a glitch. He said a fast guy could do it.
Now, if i had Ryan Howard on 2b and did this move, I would call it a glitch. But until that happens, you people need to get the hell over it and leave him be.

I am done with this thread. I've handled enough incompetency for one year.

Any gamer that thinks this method of scoring isn't complete and total cheese really needs to think about just putting the game down or trading it in. Because at this point you're no longer talking about a baseball play, you're just cheesing to get a cheap run and if that's what a player has to do to win, he's likely better off just quitting altogether because he really, REALLY sucks at this game and has no business ruining the game for those of us that actually want an enjoyable (and somewhat fair) experience online. Really, if you have to cheat and abuse the A.I. just to "win": just go ahead and quit playing, you suck anyway.

In all honesty, I don't think Plache is too far off with his comments. Really, why would you post an obvious programming glitch? If I discovered a cheat that allowed me to hit a HR every single time using a guy with 80 power, the last thing I would do is post the particulars on a forum and risk ruining other peoples' gaming experience. At the very least, not very thoughtful of you IMO. You should have at least posted it as a spoiler or something.

It was, and it was funny, and I appreciated the attempt to lighten the mood. But for real guys, let's all agree to disagree on this one and call a truce before we get this thread locked and possible banhammers handed out...I'm sure most people believe this is cheese, but those who don't will never have their minds changed.
