    Fielding animation problem

I'm having a problem and wonder if it's a setting either on the particular player or in the sliders...

It seems when I'm hitting with a fast runner (think Michael Bourne) and slap a ball up the middle the shortstop dives and from his knees throws the batter (fast runner) out.

However, when I'm in the field and the same thing happens it seems that the animation is much slower and although my shortstop dives and catches the ball I can't throw out anyone who is even just medium fast.

Is this a player setting (I'm using Tyler Pastornicky) or a slider?

    Re: Fielding animation problem

Mkharsh told me that the CPU fielders are about 5 slider points faster than the user fielders by default. He then suggested using the following sliders and it turned out great:

    User infield run speed: 5
    Outfield: 15

    CPU infield: 5
    Outfield: 15

Those numbers may seem strange, but they actually help with the animations and with limiting too many triples from occurring. I've used them and they are great. Let me know what you think.

Thanks! Tried those settings with the original MKHarsh sliders and at least through 2 games found them to work better. You're right I would have thought those speeds to be too slow but they work.
