No, there is no import feature like in the show. So you won't be able to just import/export a player from one roster to another. This CAN be done on the PC version though (although MK's aren't PC rosters) which is really simple using a roster editor.

Maybe Vlad will update his Redditor to work with 360 rosters like he did with NBA 2K....
