FRANCHISE PROBLEM PS3

I have a franchise going with the Detroit Tigers and I'm about 40 games into it and I have noticed that the damn White Sox are playing DeAza(Left-Handed outfielder) at second base. I went to their lineups and sure enough he is at second base in two or more of their lineup setups. I don't know if its from an injury or if its been like that the entire time. Is there a way to fix this? It won't let me adjust lineups even with the option turned on to be able to edit cpu rosters.

It's a real problem with this series and has been discussed many times, every year the game comes out. The CPU will play any and all players in secondary positions if they have high enough secondary position ratings. You either have to manually edit rosters before starting a franchise, or live with it. I believe you can edit CPU lineups pre-game, but then you have to do that before every freaking game, with every team. But even that's not a solution as the CPU will often simply undo all your edits, one or two batters into the game, depending on what you edited.

Not that it helps, but this is one of the reasons why I gave up console gaming and switched to the PC for this game, PES and FIFA. There are PC roster editors available that can fix all the annoying problems that plague franchise and other modes, so that they don't become an issue and ruin your gaming experience.

The first problem is you have the game on PS3, while alot of problems are multi platform issues this game gets ZERO love on the ps3 side. I bought it release day and it has sat collecting dust because nobody does anything for it, whether it be rosters,sliders, or general inquiries its mostly ignored.

Too bad i actually preferred 2K over the show this year but was forced into buying the competitor....
