    Help throwing 12-6 curveballs

I need help throwing 12-6 curveballs and regular curveballs. Everytime I throw them they arent accurate at all. they either hang really high or just go straight into the dirt. Im trying to do the motion but I guess Im not doing it right. Any pointers?

Just keep practicing and turn on the pitch analyzer on every pitch. I had problems with those pitches at first too but after some time I got the movement right and although I don't do it perfectly all the time I now can use the curves. Just figure it out where you need to aim to hit your target.

When youre trying to throw a curve ball high in the zone, it will have a tendency to "flatten out". Meaning, it won't curve as much. You kinda have to compensate and not aim as high. It's like that in real life too. Same thing the other way. Curve balls end up in the dirt a lot. It's a fine line as to what you can do with your curve ball. That being said, you'll be able to do more with a higher rated pitch.

If you think about it, it's more true to life this way. You'll have to rely on your fast ball in certain situations, or gamble with your breaking balls. Even top tier pitchers will shy away from their breaking balls.

I have the same problem. Curves, 12-6 curves, and sinkers give me all kinds of trouble. Every other pitch I do very well with.

Every now and then I can get the curves to be nasty, but the sinker is another story. I cant locate that pitch to save my life. The once in a blue moon I do get it in the strike zone, it's right down the middle and gets cranked.

You might try increasing the User Pitching Control slider until you get the hang of it. For a while I was playing with it set at 20-25, and it was a joke. Couldn't get those pitches to work at all. Now I have it at 40, and it's pretty realistic. We talk a lot about the things they did wrong with this game, but the gesture system works really really well, I think. Some days you'll throw those pitches well, some days you won't. Just like in real life.

The problem for me is, if I have it set at anything higher than 15, every other pitch is way too easy to locate.

exactly. Im actually playing with user pitch control on 5 right now. Thats probably why I cant locate the curveballs. But I never walk batters if it's any higher than 10... Im using mkharshs sliders
