Possible glitch: random roster changes

In franchise mode, my MLB rosters get rearranged from time to time eventhough I have all roster management automation for the MLB team turned off. Is this possibly a glitch or is there another function that I need to deactivate or something?

You need to use the search feature. This topic has been discussed countless times, every year the game has come out.

when you have the minor league rosters handled by the cpu the mlb teams can get changed
