Does this tire out your pitcher faster if everything is thrown at max?

I always aim for max on any fastball but notice I get more movement on breaking balls if I take something off.

What is the opinion on aiming for max on pitches?

Yeah I usually do max pitch on fastballs but when I get to a changeup or a curveball I dont throw it as hard, doing that usually gets better break on the pitch for me.

You shouldn't go for max every time, imo. You should change speeds, even on fastballs. And you'll have better command if you don't go max as well.

One of my best K pitches is a fast ball with a lot taken off, far below the max. I get a lot of early swings on that.

I did a few test innings and it seems to make a difference.
