Question from a Basketball player about Baseball

I'm playing a full season and have noticed that after consecutive games the players on my team get really tired. As a manager, what do I do to preserve their health? Bench them? Send them down to AAA? I have no idea because I have never played baseball in real life and don't follow the sport as much.

I usually rest them a game once they get below 70 energy (that's when their ratings start to drop).

I am a baseball player and we get tired after one game, if we have a game the next day we start to get sluggish.
