    Official Wishlist Thread...

    Official Wishlist Thread...

This thread will stay here until the game is released. At that point we will stick a new one up, with a link to this this for people who wanted to see the previous years.

Please do not reply to other peoples wishlists, they will be deleted.

          1. player scaling
          2. celebrations
          3. color fixed (yankees, braves etc...)
          4. random schedules in franchise (not same teams, with home and away switched)
          5. more finance options, real money (nhl 2004 did it), arbitration
          careful with that axe, eugene...

                1. Real working scoreboards
                2. ESPN Bottom Line ticker showing updated scores of simulated games
                3. More throwback unis (especially in the case of the Rangers, they only had one true throwback while the other two were from the Washington Senator days. I would like to see the unis they wore in '74, the ones from the late '80s-early 90s and the red caps and lettering from the three-time AL West division championship teams of the late 90s.)
                4. More old-time ballparks. Not necessarily Ebbets Field but what about old Comiskey, Tiger Stadium, Memorial Stadium in Baltimore or even venerable Arlington Stadium.
                5. How about a legit PA announcer, say, the Rangers' very own Chuck Morgan. He did one of the All-Star Baseball games a couple of years back.
                6. How about a seventh-inning stretch, and team specific stretches. The Rangers play "Take Me Out," and the "Cotton-Eyed Joe" during their 7th inning stretches.
                7. I wonder if the new Rangers' alternate unis will be included in the game.
                8. More detailed player faces. BTW, very disappointed in how Kevin Mench was portrayed in last year's game, he looked like a skinny shortstop.

                            -Stadium collision detection
                            -ESPN Bottom Line sports ticker
-Full K-Zone use (during some replays John and Rex should use it and show the pitch or something)
                            -Broken bats
-Splash hits in SBC Park, PNC Park, and if someone hits it far enough, Great American Ballpark
-Non-suffering framerate and player self-shadowing for the PS2 version
