You could have just said that Giambi's stats (.250 ba) as displayed during batter walkup were his most recent...but thanks for the frame by frame analysis.

Re: FINALLY!!!! Something new (info)
Yeah, McFluffin, that is pretty damn good that you noticed all of that. I am not one to pause the vid and analyze each little thing like that, but it's cool that you are that into the WSB (now ESPN) series that you would take the time to do that.
I guess I was being slightly ignorant when I first said that it could have been last year's game, since I didn't take the time to pause each frame or advance frame by frame to get a better look. I totally missed the part where they showed Giambi picking the ball in the dirt. That would have been a dead give away that it wasn't last year's.
I guess that with the more "radical" changes that we have been hearing about and seeing with ASB and MLB, I got used to seeing a game look a lot different from it's predecessor.Comment

Re: FINALLY!!!! Something new (info)
very nice video, this game looks good
some other things i noticed, one of those first baseman was #36, nick johnson, just pause it, and u can make out the number on the back of the jersey
and for the stats, it mentioned On base percentage, with a yellow arrow that said 3RD IN LEAGUE---thats pretty cool
and the graphics do look better, and his face is way bettercareful with that axe, eugene...Comment

VERY IMPORTANT QUESTIONS- ANSWERS!!!!!
Hey everyone... I am Mark....and I will tell you all right now for a fact that Fat Pitcher does not work for ESPN video games. Every year someone comes along in message boards built for games and claim they are developers. Now I understand everyone is truly excited about this game, but we HONESTLY can't trust anything till the horses mouth speaks of it. Fat Pitcher has only said things we all know already or that other sites are posting. No one knows anything really...yes they released some info, but nothing we honestly care about...HOW BOUT WILL THERE BE MINOR LEAGUES- 40 MAN ROSTERS- WEATHER EFFECTING THE GAME? BEING ABLE TO SET CONCESSION PRICES? DO BAT NIGHT? HAVE DWINDLING CROWDS? REAL TIME HECKLERS AND STADIUM SOUNDS? WILL IT BE MORE REALISTIC AND HARDER TO HIT HOMERS? EVERY YEAR I HAVE THREE GUYS HITTING 40 PLUS HOMERS...UNREALISTIC! So I am just warning you all don't trust people claiming to be employees of gaming companies for they simply are seeking attention to fulfill their lives. MVP baseball has my attention until ESPN can steer me away.
