Yeah, I own them......and 2k13 is basically the same game as 2k12......I'm not saying I don't like the game - I love it - but I'm no fanboy.Comment

Re: anyone else have this issue?
Well, as a 2k baseball gamer for years - I've seen all the glitches come and go. This one is barely a nuisance......there was a point where your opponent could choose to not select anything - basically pause glitching the game - and they fixed that with a patch last year. I played over 600 online ranked games in 2k12, and 4 so far with 2k13 -- yes they're basically the same game. Graphics are the same, pitching is the same, hitting the same, framerate issues are the same........exactly what is different? I'm not complaining here - I love the fact that I can dominate online again with absolutely no learning curve at all. But please call it what it is - a somewhat tuned, $60 roster update - with features TAKEN OUT nonetheless!Comment

Re: anyone else have this issue?
I just experienced the glitch in an online game. Reds (me) vs Blue Jays (opponent). I replaced Chapman in the 5thh inning with a pinch hitter. In the next inning, my opponent had the option to replace the pitcher, not me.
It would be tiresome documenting every single time this happens, but it is good to let people know that it is still an active glitch. At least it does not effect the outcome of a game, except that it is just a stupid annoyance.Comment

Re: anyone else have this issue?
Sorry guy, but it's not a POV - it's a fact. You guys can fool yourselves all you like, but 2k13 is basically 2k12 with updated rosters. Same glitches are there, same framerate issues......menu is the same....everything is the same.Comment

Re: anyone else have this issue?
Same goes for underlining BTW.
You say one thing, others say another: those are points of view. I don't have an opinion because I don't have 2K13. But this series... IMO and from my POV... hasn't progressed at all in the past three years. Or rather, the degree of progress could be described as pathetic at best. I think Xbox 360 gamers tend to over-state the improvements because they really want a good baseball game. That's human nature.
I read the user reviews -- "It's great!" It stinks!"-- and I know it's mostly about opinionating. But what I notice is that some posters go into detail and list the specific problems that were in last year’s game, that are in this year’s game as well and haven’t been fixed. Whereas those who like the game tend to say, “It’s great, and if you don’t think it’s better that 2K12 you don’t know anything.” That tells me there’s a degree of obstinate denial going on, yes I agree with you there.Comment
